Stephanie Oberg is a student at Glendale Community College, and she is working on a digital media arts degree. After several years of working a dead-end job, she decided it was time to figure out what she enjoyed. The pandemic hit and she suddenly had loads of extra time on her hands. Through that time, she realized art was something she had always loved, but she didn’t have much time for it. She took her first steps into the digital art world during the fall of 2020. There was no turning back after that. Before then, she was not sure what she was going to go to school for. However, she didn’t begin her steps into this degree until the following year. This semester she is taking her first journalism course to help further her abilities for online work.
