Mental health includes our mental, emotional, physiological, and social well-being, and sometimes we may not care or give much importance as we should. Our mental health can affect or influence how we feel, act, behave, or react to situations and around people. Our mental health can also affect our physical health, it can make it much worse, or it can even develop more conditions or increase the risk of the same. According to the CDC “Mental illnesses are among the most common health conditions in the United States. More than 50% will be diagnosed with a mental illness or disorder at some point in their lifetime.” This is a condition or something that we need to work on our daily day, is important to always be aware of how we feel, how we act, and to ask for help if it is needed. Times can get difficult, but that is not an excuse to let the problem get bigger and bigger. There is always someone willing to help.
