Hi Ashley,
Your business name in your ad is very clever and well thought out. I love how you incorporate both a visual that describes what your business does, and that you capitalized the word “Ink” in “Think” to give it an artistic quality. Your image really sets the tone of your ad. To me, it illustrates the contemplation phase of a prospective client. Now all they need to do is take the next step and contact your company to turn their graphic ideas into actual logos or illustrations. As someone who has very little experience with design programs, I would definitely be interested in acquiring guidance through a company that specializes in graphic design. When I have watched videos of people creating logos, it seemed very complex and overwhelming, especially to someone like me who is a complete newbie. I think your ad does a great job of letting a client know that the process can be stress free and actually enjoyable. Having someone that knows the ins and outs of digital design would be necessary so my design would look professional. I would also appreciate any feedback from your expertise in layout, colors, and fonts. I look forward to checking your blog again and seeing what other artistic designs and stories you create.

Hello Ashley. I liked this post because even though is “simple” in the sense that is not complex with a full bunch of images or words every where or anything like that, it is really engaging. And I think that something that makes it really engaging is the name of the website/the name that it has at the top of the post. The way you use a positive word such as “joy” and the words “ink” and “think” combined as one, is something that automatically makes you want to know more. Also something that personally got my attention was the little brush that it has on top, because if it is a sticker that you took from some page, it looks as if it was created by you. And if you made it, I think is a great example of what you are able to get when you get purchase or get the service for a logo for example. Also the fact that, as I imagine it, you have like a lot bunch of options in this website of people thinking about one same thing that is the creation of something, whatever you want to get, I think that you as a costumer, have a chance of getting a better result of what you are looking for. Great job!
Hi Ashley! First off, WOW! Your ad really pops. I love that you used a simple photo that has a beautiful and calming color scheme. Nothing like color theory to help put the audience at ease. It really says “Relax, we’ve got your back”. The second thing that I noticed was a really wonderful addition was the text about receiving the free art box. When it comes to working with people and with their ideas it’s always tricky wondering if the company is going to be able to meet your idea. So having it known that there is some form of free preview for the work is definitely a plus. I also absolutely adore the paintbrush as the exclamation point in the logo! Like Amanda K pointed out, highlighting the Ink in think was a really creative idea and super well thought out for audience targeting and marketing in general. The logo really says this is who we are and this is what we do. This came out so beautifully and well thought out. Wonderful job!
