Today’s PSA involves little things to help ourselves to keep our mind healthy when we feel in a rut, frustrated, stressed, or just not feeling we are enough. Knowing little things to help us take a moment in our day to pause can make a huge difference. We need to remember to take care of ourselves, and make sure we check in with our mind and our body.
Brianna is an artist with many passions that come together in a common thread. She is pursuing her degree for AAS Digital Media Arts. Her passions range from photography, graphic design, and fine arts. All tying them into "one common thread." On the adventure through getting her degree, she is learning journalism so that it may help her with her career and navigating online media. Brianna's main goals in life are to travel the world being an entrepreneur, creating art in multiple mediums and capturing life experiences through a camera lens to share with the world.
